Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The controller is BALLERS, obrt za usluge i trgovinu, vl. Moran Čerkez, registered at Mirnovečka ulica 33, 10430 Mala Rakovica, Croatia, VAT ID (OIB) 83905357760, registration number 98945467, operating under the System House (Software and Marketing) brand. We provide website, CRM and Meta ads management services on a subscription basis. Contact: info@systemmarketinghouse.com, +385 95 582 0438.

2. What data we collect

We collect only data you explicitly provide via our contact and booking forms:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Company name and website (optional)
• Content of any message you send us

We also automatically collect technical usage data (IP address, device type, pages viewed) via the tools listed in section 5.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing communication, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to respond to your inquiry and improve our service.

4. Data retention

Contact data is kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last activity. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and 5 years afterwards, in line with tax obligations.

5. Third parties and cookies

Analytics and marketing tools load only after you consent in the cookie banner; until then no analytics or advertising cookies are set and Google Consent Mode is set to “denied”. You can change or withdraw consent any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Full details and cookie durations: Cookie Policy.

Subject to consent, the site uses:

• Google Tag Manager — container that loads our other marketing and analytics tags. It does not collect personal data by itself.
• Google Analytics 4 — traffic and behavior analytics (anonymized IP). You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
• Google Ads (conversions) — conversion measurement for Google Ads campaigns. Personalized advertising settings can be changed at Google Ads Settings.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measuring ad campaign performance on Meta platforms. Settings can be changed in Facebook ad preferences.
• PostHog — product analytics and anonymized session recordings to improve UX. Hosted in EU/US; personal data is not shared with third parties.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right at any time to:

• Access your data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

Send your request to info@systemmarketinghouse.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Authority (AZOP) at azop.hr.

7. Data security

All forms are protected with SSL encryption. Data is stored in secure systems (GoHighLevel) with regular backups. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.

8. SMS messaging & mobile information

If you opt in to our SMS notifications via the /sms-opt-in page, we collect your mobile phone number solely to send you the messages you have expressly consented to (informational messages and/or marketing messages — each category has its own separate, unchecked checkbox at sign-up).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Client data — our role as processor

When we run a CRM, website or ad campaigns for a client, we process personal data of that client’s own contacts (leads, customers). In that case the client is the controller and we act as processor under Art. 28 GDPR: we process data only on documented instructions, keep it confidential, use vetted sub-processors (GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, Stripe, hosting and email providers), and delete or return it when the contract ends. 10. Payments

Subscription payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) as an independent controller for payment data; we never see or store full card numbers. If you pay by direct invoice, we keep the invoice data for 11 years under Croatian accounting and tax law.

11. Policy changes

We may periodically update this policy. The last update date is always shown at the top of the page. We communicate significant changes via email if you are a registered user.
