    System House (Software and Marketing) is a sole proprietorship registered in Croatia. We provide digital marketing, web development, sales system setup, and GoHighLevel platform implementation services. By using this site you agree to these Terms.

    2. Scope of services

    Our services and pricing are listed on the Pricing page. All prices are in EUR. Specific scope, deadlines, and deliverables are defined in a separate quote before work begins.

    3. Payment and cancellation

    Monthly services are billed in advance. One-time services are billed according to phases defined in the quote (typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery). Subscribers may cancel with 30 days written notice. Already paid amounts are non-refundable.

    4. Affiliate disclosure

    System House is a GoHighLevel affiliate partner. Links to GoHighLevel on this site may be affiliate links — if you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This commission does not affect the price you pay or our objective recommendation of the platform.

    5. Intellectual property

    All content on this site (text, graphics, logo) is owned by System House unless stated otherwise. Content may be quoted with attribution. Commercial use without written permission is not allowed.

    6. Limitation of liability

    Content on the blog and other resources is for informational purposes. We are not responsible for results an individual may achieve by applying our advice — results depend on the specifics of each business. In a contractual engagement, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

    7. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are resolved primarily by mutual agreement; in case of litigation, the competent court is in Zagreb.
